These 60-minute classes are designed to build on your cardiovascular and strength endurance during cycling. They focus on intervals that get your heart rate alternating between fitness and performance levels. This 60-minute class has everything you desire for a well-balanced workout all in one hour. It is designed to achieve results in cardio and resistance training, as well as in personal flexibility. Maximize your time an effort with step aerobics, portable equipment resistance training, and cool down stretching. An excellent way to get your full-body workout in at then end of the day!
