CHRISTINA

Christina is the owner of LIFStyle Fitness and a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer including Active Aging.  She completed her nutrition program through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) placing an emphasis on healthy eating habits.

She started her fitness journey in 2017; focusing on her nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being.

Christina has a strong passion for fitness;  Christina loves to be in the kitchen and is always up to try something new.  

Christina offers a holistic approach to her personal training. Her goal as a personal fitness trainer is ensure all of her clients feel comfortable in their surroundings and feel heard in addition to building strength, and increasing confidence.  She works closely with her clients to ensure they maintain accountability and achieve all of their fitness and lifestyle goals.

CAROLAN

My name is Carolan, owner of CFit Training, I am an ACE certified personal trainer.


I have been involved in multiple sports such as volleyball, badminton and boxing. I was heavily involved in boxing and became provincial champion in 2019 as well as traveled around for some competitions. Not only have I had the chance to play but I have had the opportunity to be on the coaching side.


My fitness journey started in 2017 but I didn’t know where to start which led me to getting my own personal trainer who helped me gain better knowledge of what fitness really looks like. Since then I have had a general love of fitness and keeping my body and mind at its best.


To me fitness is about challenging yourself to reach new heights and when you think you’ve reached one goal, you can always take it one step further.
