COVID-19 Operations

Access to bookings via the mobile pages:

To ensure there is no disruption to your workout bookings please follow the instructions and click this link to get the required temporary solution.

Step 1:

Click the ‘this link’ above.
This will take you to the following landing page.

Once on the page click on the CIRCLED highlighted to “Add to Homescreen” or “Copy to Homescreen” depending on your version.

Step 2:

Select “Add to Home Screen” (CIRCLED highlighted in picture).

This will add it to the Home Screen

Step 3:

The icon will be labelled as “Mobile Login”

This is a link to your Member Account. You will need to be connected to the internet to access this.

Once the steps have been completed Enter your username and password. This will allow you to schedule your workouts. If you do not know your username and password, see below.

Enter any text into the username block. You do not need to enter a password, and click the login button.

Enter either the email or phone number associated with your account. The program should either email or text you with your credentials depending on which option you use.



IMPORTANT NOTE: If for any reason you do not have your username or password, you can retrieve your personal login credentials as long as you enter the Mobile number or Email (recommended) associated with your gym account profile.

If this is your first time logging in, you will be directed to the Account Setup page where you will need to choose a new Username and Password

Then, if you have not yet completed your Covid-19 Health Screening you will be directed to complete that before you are able to book a workout (you will also be unable to check-in to the club if you have not completed this)

Once your Covid-19 Health Screening is completed, each time you login you will be taken to the Main Menu page where you have a link to book your workouts (as well as to your new digital membership card you can use to check-in if you wish)
