Christina is the owner of LIFStyle Fitness.

She is a mom to 3 amazing boys and has been married for 14 years.

She started her fitness journey over 3 years ago; where she focused on her nutrition, fitness, and overall well being. Since this life changing decision, she feels more like herself, has more energy, and she wanted to show her young boys that taking care of one’s body is important.

Aside from her passion in fitness, she loves to cook, bake, and likes to try new hobbies such as various dance classes.

Her goal as a personal fitness trainer is to motivate others, inspire them, and to help them achieve their goals.
